A lot of us have a lot of junk food every day, and that number has increased tremendously
during COVID 19.
We have forgotten the benefits of having healthy
food. We just kept on eating junk food and becoming fatter, lazier and unhealthier without even
realizing the bad thing we were doing to ourselves.
This is not to scare you but it is to spread
awareness.
