Remember those days before COVID? We would go out
and take a run every day. We used to be so healthy and fit. But now, a lot of us have stopped
exercising and have became extremely unfit, unhealthy, lazy and fat.
This is not ok at all. We must start exercising again.
We should be doing simple exercises at home for at least 30 mins everyday.
